We Respect your Privacy Sun Valley Bar has always respected the confidentiality of the information you entrust to us. We do not sell your contact information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Returns In general, we do not accept returns, unless the order was in error. Items shipped by mistake or damaged en route, are the exception. Please contact us before returning an order, and return it promptly after making arrangements to do so. Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer except if the item was defective or was shipped in error.
Order Confirmation We confirm item availability, total price and expected ship date for all orders. We will contact you in the event of any questions or delays of more than 5 business days beyond the expected ship date.
Order Processing 90% of orders ship the next business day. If we can't ship your order for more than 5 business days, we will notify you. Also, if you must have your order by a certain date, please let us know, so we can keep an eye on it. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday only. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you place your order after 3:00pm on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday.
